We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms depend on the guesthouse and experience provider, but we aim to be as flexible as possible. Specific policies will be outlined before you confirm.

Refunds depend on how close your cancellation is to the trip date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate or reschedule when possible.

The Maldives is easy to visit and incredibly welcoming. Most nationalities get a free 30-day visa on arrival, but we recommend checking with Maldives Immigration or your local embassy before you travel. Be sure to pack light, breathable clothing, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, modest wear for local islands, and water shoes, we’ll also send you a helpful packing list ahead of your trip. While alcohol isn’t permitted on local islands, you’ll still enjoy tropical mocktails and fresh island drinks. And yes, it’s safe for solo travelers too, the Maldives is known for its hospitality, and our local partners are here to make you feel at home.
